This high traffic property is located at the corner of Bay Avenue (Rt. 571) and Fischer Boulevard in Toms River and is currently vacant.
This property once housed 7-11 but a recent downsizing left this 7-11 closed and we now have another prime real estate that sits empty.
So now the question we ask you is…. What is the next? What can we see at this property is that a good fit for this section of Toms River? Do we want or need another convenience store? Don’t the neighbors in this area miss not having 7-11 nearby? or does that busy place need some other kind of business that would thrive along busy Fischer Blvd?

It’s obviously an expensive place, it’s located at the busy intersection of Bay Avenue and Fischer Blvd on the east side of Toms River. This was a former convenience store, so anything that takes over will have to adapt to that type of business or do a property renovation, so that’s obviously part of the equation to get a good “fit. “for this location.
Not living in this section of Toms River, I don’t want to speculate on the needs of this neighborhood, but I think we would all agree … empty buildings are no answer. Some might want open space and I agree but this is not the location, Cattus Island County Park is right across the street so you have a large open space this needs some a good company to move in, provide jobs and add to the neighborhood. … the question is what? we would love to hear from you, post your comments under our photo gallery at the end of this article …..
