The campaign offers college athletes the opportunity to earn money and receive a variety of prizes.

Playmaker launched its NIL college athlete division last summer to offer a suite of sports marketing services to more than 25 signed star players. “We used our social platforms to kick off the campaign as well as the top 10 athletes to help spread the word. Some of the participating athletes include NFL players. Benjamin St Just and Darnay Holmes, as well as 8 collegiate athletes. Students receive pizza points, merchandise, and a percentage of any sales they bring in to earn money,” explained Polo Kerber, head of talent and partnerships at Playmaker.
The partnership marks &pizza’s largest sports collaboration to date, the pizza chain seeks to create a network of ambassadors through a partnership with collegiate athletes in a variety of sports and universities.
