Servify acquires 247around, a home services platform specializing in connecting consumers to the service network of OEMs

Mumbai, India–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Servify, a Mumbai-based startup that works with multiple OEMs globally as a partner to deliver a superior product ownership experience, announces the acquisition of 247around, a unique service platform in India, specializing in the home service of household appliances, consumer electronics and household appliances. This acquisition will further strengthen Servify’s service delivery network beyond smart products and contribute to its expansion into new product categories.

The acquisition brings 247around’s more than 150 existing partner brands into the Servify fold as well as a strong service network covering approximately more than 19,000 PINs in India.
